The Base

Trinidad, the third town, was founded in 1515 with the name of Villa de la Santisima Trinidad, and is situated among the hills of Sierra de l’Escambray and the Caribbean Sea. It is the most colonial town in Cuba and continues to have the characteristics of that period. Its luxury houses reflects its history and traditions and constitute true examples of baroque style in America. Trinidad is still the best preserved colonial town of the isle and has slowly become one of the most important touristic places of the country.

Playa Ancón, 12 km south of Trinidad, is a luscious ribbon of white beach lapped by tranquil, blue waters. Over the centuries, ocean currents have built up 4 km of soft beach here, and a few hundred meters off-shore is an excellent reef for snorkeling and scuba diving.

Leaving from Trinidad, Playa d’Ancon, you will discover the magic of a wild landscape and its enthralling people. Less than 5 miles from Los Jardines de la Reina archipelago and 40 miles from the famous Cayo Largo, on the Playa d’Ancon, you will find our base, inside the Marina Puertosol Trinidad.

The Fleet

A fleet including catamarans between 40 and 47 feet, brand new and fully accessorized for the navigation among the many cayos in Los Jardines de la Reina archipelago. The cayos are heavenly small islands benefiting from the most spectacular coral reefs of the Caribbean. White and thin sand, turquoise water and natural wonders, this is the real richness of the Cayos. With or without crew: "You decide when and where... we take care of everything else."

Nautitech 44

The wide passage from one helm to another leaves the cockpit completely clear. Extra seating at the helming post make this place highly convivial. The cockpit of the Nautitech 44 is comfortable and safe, her ergonomics making it possible to move around freely. Her open transom sterns make it easy to embark and disembark the tender. Steps in the roof make it easier to take a reef or to stow away the mainsail.

Nautitech 442

Once again Nautitech innovates with a new roof recovering rainwater. This innovative system supplies one or all water tanks. After the first rainfall and as necessary, a saline test can be carried out either manually or automatically. This new roof is also designed to receive additional solar panels. now offering even greater autonomy. The Nautitech 442, equipped with a central wheel, enables manoeuvres to be carried out from the helm station. Fitted with two wheels to the rear has many advantages: visibility, pleasure of steering, easy to handle single-handed and more space in the cockpit.

Orana 44

Boasting a high degree of comfort, the Orana 44 has a low centre of gravity to afford maximum safety. New manufacturing technologies employed in the vessel include a single piece hull infused with composite partitions and a deckhouse constructed with RTM eco-technology, ensuring it affords complete respect to the environment. An innovative sliding bay provides direct open-plan access between the spacious saloon and cockpit, enhancing safety and easy of movement. The ergonomic helm station accommodates three people and groups all navigational manoeuvres together affording excellent visibility above the deckhouse.

Nautitech 40 / Nautitech 40²

This catamaran adheres to the requirements of quality, performance and strength. Everything on board has been conceived with a view to enhancing pleasure, safety and comfort when at sea. The major strong point is the quality of the hull which offer a finely-balanced compromise between habitability and speed. Offset wheel helms give excellent sensations at the helm. The Nautitech 40 has been given a new deck and there are some notable changes: new helm stations, larger galley all in one piece, hot plates and recessed oven, companion-way steps into the cockpit, lowering of the berth height, additional galley and saloon storage places.
